Our production process covers the entire supply chain from raw material procurement to manufacturing and packaging, ensuring precise control over product quality. Customization
We have a complete production line and offer both OEM and ODM services. In terms of hardware manufacturing, we are equipped with semi-automatic stamping machines, fully automated assembly machines, lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, tapping machines, band saws, and other equipment. For plastic manufacturing, we have fully automated injection molding machines and semi-automatic assembly machines.
Bai Ye have an experienced development team that utilizes the AutoCAD and SolidWorks for product design and development. We work closely with our clients, designing products based on the drawings or samples provided by them, and create samples for approval. Our standard operating procedure (SOP) is as follows:
Customer can provide product drafts or samples → Bai ye provides Auto CAD or Solidworks drawing → Customer confirms the drawing → Mold developing → Test mold → Send samples to customer and get approved → Start to run mass production

Electronic R&D
We have a team of professional hardware and firmware engineers with over 25 years of experience in electronic research and development. Based on customer requirements, we independently develop and manufacture Printed Circuit Boards, with applications spanning across various fields such as information technology, communications, consumer products, automotive, and industrial sectors. As equipment becomes increasingly intelligent, we adhere to the design philosophy of "light, thin, short, and small" aiming to help traditional industries reduce costs.
